Does he come with a compensatory 1st round pick?

That top line is Smurf-y. They’d get caved in during the playoffs.

Not with how Debrincat has been playing in OTT.

Sidenote: In your opinion, who/what has been OTT's best thing (in this season thus far) and who/what has been their worst?

He's on track for 72 points and he's definitely a lot better than Teravainen but yeah Suzuki might be too much.

Best thing: Tim Stutzle, he's developed into a true star in his third NHL season. He's on pace for 86 points, plays 22-25 minutes per night often in all situations including on the penalty kill.
Also Jake Sanderson and Claude Giroux have been pleasant surprises.

Worst thing: The whole team at 5v5 is really bad. Drake Batherson is a point machine on the power play but on 5v5 he has a -30 rating in 44 games. Also, the goaltending has been shaky.

Frankly, I picked Stuzle in fantasy and he has not disappointed me at all. Sanderson and Giroux have been good as well. Is it just one goalie or both? Also, how is Batherson not just a PP specialist and doesn't really play elsewhere when 5v5. Finally, what's up with Formenton, can we confirm him and Batherson were apart of the HC scandal?

He is a PP specialist and he also struggles at 5v5 a lot. We can't confirm anything with that so there's no point speculating but the fact that Batherson is playing as a full member of the team is a good sign. Formenton might be done though.

Personally, whether Batherson is or isn't, OTT has to play him due to them being up against the cap and him making 4 (I think he is due to how quickly he wanted to get his contract extended whereas Formenton went for the risk and it is biting him in the a** right now). Formenton is probably done or he sign in EDM

Edit: I'm joking about the EDM part

OTT easy easy declines, this does not address their most pressing need, a top 4 RHD they don't need 2 more forwards
