That would be a borderline unparalleled PR nightmare for the Predators, just no way in this World they contemplate anything even kind of close to this

I think Ekholm > Provorov, but probably close. Hard to imagine why either side would do this.

If they are selling Provorov for his religious views, that’s nuts.

If they are selling Provorov to build for future, I’d imagine they would want futures package in return.

Don’t think it’s too nuts to want to sell a bigot and get the better defenceman back too. But I don’t think it’s worth getting into that argument in this forum

While I fully disagree with Provorov's views, I think he is entitled to them and went about it the right way. Nor do I think he is a bigot.

But I do agree Ekholm is probably the better player currently.
