Leafs bottom six in fine. Don't know if the Leafs want Henrique's 2.975m cap hit next season, and certainly not giving up a first for the pleasure.

I would accept that offer as the Anaheim GM, and the actual figure is $2,912,500.

You don't want a 45 pt guy (with the Ducks no less) who would be 2nd on the team in face off % (for guys who are in the dot with any frequency) and is great defensively, plays on both the PP and PK, for under $3 mil against the cap?

Not to mention that he can slot anywhere into the top 9 on Left wing or at center, so if one of either Matthews or Tavares goes down with injury, you have a competent stand in.

Rico is a positive asset full freight, at 50% of his salary through the end of the cap crunch, Toronto should be so lucky as to acquire a player like that.

He doesn’t want anyone. There’s always something wrong with any player TOR acquires in a ACGM.

Henrique certainly isn't getting PP or offensive zone team he has with the Ducks. Leafs like Kampf at 3C who will cost less than 2.975m to resign and won't cost the Leafs a first .
Henrique and 27 points....minus 11 on so 16 points even strength and PK. Kampf has 15 for the Leafs

There's no reason not to use him on PP2 even with the team you have, and he's better in the dot than Kampf. Rico is the far superior player between those two.
