      Minnesota isn't giving up Faber a 1st and 3rd for a pure rental they've zero chance of resigning in Bo Horvat.

      Brock Boeser at full value isn't returning no 1st round pick, And i doubt Pittsburgh is one of the teams that can afford to take his 2.5 yrs @ $6,650,000 per contract.

      Doubtful Luke Schenn gets more than a 3rd round pick.

      And i'm pretty sure that Zaitsev said no to waiving to Vancouver for Tyler Myers.

      Assuming the desire to make cap space for next year

      Buying out Z at 2.8 -> 800k is a lot better than Myers at 5.3 -> 300k
