As this trade can be

1. An utter disaster for NYI (Horvat Leaves)

2. A trade similar to ROR for Thompson (Horvat helps Canucks win a cup and Raty becomes a key piece in Van's retool)

3. JR flops the pick, ruins Raty, and Beau doesnt improve and becomes a 4mill anchor

Gotta feel bad for Horvat. Just went from a non playoff team to another non playoff team with worse forwards to play with

In my opinion, about the worst thing Lou can do right now is to extend Horvat.
His next contract could very well age even more horrible than how Huberdeau's and JT's will.
