Description

No playoffs in the cards - Year 1 of the retool in NY. Clutterbuck retire, Martin takes a front office job. Buyout last year with Bailey. We trade Nelson for youth and speed. Pretty easy no from Colorado. Also Newhook has looked excellent as of late. Point per game over the Avs 6 game win streak. Obviously a small sample, but it’s awesome to see him get comfortable lately.

That’s an easy no from COL, Newhook is really starting to show what he can be. Thrown in his age and he is an RFA who will cost a lot less than Nelson and that’s a move COL doesn’t make.
