David Reinbacher is the most underrated player in this draft. He projects to be a top-2 defenseman playing against men right now in the NL. It’s almost unheard of for a guy that young to be playing in the pro league and making such an impact in the U18 and U20 wjc’s. He projects to be like Shea Theodore as well

Fantilli isn't a lock imo. Carlsson has probably been as good. Michkov still has an actual possibility of being 2nd OA.

We could see Benson fall out of the top 10. But that's only if GMs think size matters.

he's at 1.5 PPG (33p in 20gp, good for 6th in the league) in the NCAA as a first-year guy (i think. i have no clue how the US junior leagues work) with a 53 FO%.
carlsson's at 0.57 PPG (17p in 30gp, good for t-75th in the league) in an admittedly more difficult league, and that's on a team that's 5th in the league.

i don't think that fantilli is a lock, but i think there's a pretty good chance that he's gonna be the guy at 2. 3 & 4 is where uncertainty is, because michkov could definitely be going 2nd overall if he wasn't stuck in the KHL, and in russia. but carlsson's been really good so it's difficult to say who'll go at 3

i know that he's small, but i think because of the sheer amount of talent that he has, he'll stay in the top ten. being 1.7 PPG in the WHL is very impressive.
however, cole caufield (and juraj slafkovsky, to an extent) is a living example of why size matters in drafts, so we'll see

I have MTL drafting 6th and 13th, and the two players you have there are exactly who i hope they would draft. Most talented center (out of the top 4) and RD in the draft.
