First off you're not getting Kuzy without a 1st round pick going back.

And secondly according to Elliotte Friedman Kuzy and Vancouver are near probably a 3 year deal in the 5.5m to 6.0m range.

Yeah, that's not enough. Maybe if Tampa offered Foote, Howard, '24 2nd and '23 4th, they'd have some discussions, but Van easily declines this offer.
