You have to think cogs spot is solidified in the lineup and he's not being replaced. Malgin won't be seeing ice time once players start to come back anyways. Pinto would be nice but too expeinsive i'd think

Fasching is similar to Blackwell with the Rangers. Both doing great in limited roles when called up. Id imagien Facshing costs around a 3rd or so. Maybe a 4th+5th or so

there is no way that is all it takes. Pinto is great and easily a perennial top 6 player. 30+ goals, 60+ points and solid two ways. It would need to be a top defensive prospect imo. And there are not a lot of right handed prospects. Only team that makes sense which I can think of is Durzi on LA. Durzi+2nd+Akil Thomas for Pinto+4th or so?

Doubt Yzerman takes anything less than a 2023 3rd round pick for Sunny.

Pinto will cost too much. Leivo don’t need w/Neito trade, Pitlik maybe for a late round pick, Sundqvist would be interesting but they have guys like him already. Fasching see Leivo.

That’s a lot of projecting for a 22yr old who has 27 career points. I think he’ll be good but a 30/60 guy I don’t know about that.

Detroit would want a 3rd or a 4th in this years draft. Colorado has neither.

I hope the isles don’t trade Fasching because he’s an actual fourth liner in today’s NHL, as in he’s fast, plays the right way, etc. I just want the isles to move away from the “identity” “best fourth line in the league!” nonsense.

I don't think the Avs really have the right assets for Pinto. They have no intention of moving him, so it'd need to be a huge overpay and really strong, young, RHD. I mean I think the good context here is that he was considered untouchable in a Chychrun trade, and that was before he's scored 12 goals halfway through his rookie season

to get Maglin out of the line up, you add to the 2C and push everyone down a spot. Really no one here is that 2C outside of Pinto (who isnt available nor really ready to be a 2C in the playoffs for a cup team, in time he will)
