I can only hope DAL doesn't do that, that'd be almost three firsts. Practically unheard price for a rental.

Yes it's a lot. I suppose Bo is a better player than Copp who recently received a solid return without dead money moving. Maybe the pick is conditional on Dallas going to the SCF/WCF between a 1st and 2nd.

Looks like Kypreos is the one that's reporting it so I'm taking that rumor with a heavy grain of salt. I don't see Dallas parting with what Vancouver is going to want, all the while knowing that they have virtually no shot at re-signing him this offseason. Stranger things have happened before, but it just doesn't seem like the kind of move Jim Nill is prone to making.

Dallas 2024 1st round pick unavailable at trade deadline due to Lundkvist trade (2023 1st top 10 protected). Nill still wouldn't trade basically 3 1sts for Boesser.
