a 2023 1st is not a reasonable price. Lebrun also notes the avs dont have cap space bc player are coming back and not asset rich

Once again, a 2023 1st for Monahan is not what any insider is even remotely close to reporting

Vancouver is 18 points out of the final wild card spot, Suffice to say they're not buyers. And they're not giving up a 4th round pick for jonathan Drouin.

And Sean Monahan has missed like 1/2 of the season with 17 points, Good luck if you think he's getting a 1st round pick when he's basically a 3C at this stage of his career.

I like most of it until the Drouin spot. I don't think anyone is touching that guy with a 10-foot pole. I think Drouin stays on LTIR for the duration of the season and likely signs a bargain basement contract with a rebuilding team. But Vancouver isn't going to trade an asset for him that's for sure. The rest is well done my friend.
