Don't think Arizona does this. They reportedly want two first round picks or prospect equivalents for Chychrun, plus additional lesser pieces. I don't think they view either Durzi or Turcotte as "1st round equivalents." Durzi is too old to fit into their timeframe, and Turcotte has too many question marks to be the prize of the trade. There's no way they'll include Vejmelka on top.
For the Kings, here's what could potentially be sent.
----
Tier A
1st round picks: 2023, 2024, 2025
1st round equivalent players (or better): Byfield, Clarke, Vilardi, Kaliyev
-----
Tier B
Top quality lesser pieces: Turcotte, Kupari, Durzi, Spence
2nd round picks: 2023, 2024, 2025
-----
Tier C
Additional assets: ****emo, Madden, Thomas, Pinelli, Grans, etc.

In order for Arizona to bite on Chychrun, you need to include two pieces from "Tier A" plus one from "Tier C." Vejmelka won't return a top quality piece, but he needs to get at least one asset from "Tier B" and one from "Tier C." The Kings don't really need to dump Petersen, but if they want someone to take him, it's going to cost at least something from Tier B.
So assuming you want to acquire Chychrun and Vejmelka as well as to dump Petersen, it's going to cost two "Tier A" assets, two "Tier B" assets, and two "Tier C" assets.
To be clear, I don't think the Kings should pay this price, but I can't see Arizona doing it for anything less.
