Seems like a 2nd rounder for Toews is the concensus. A decent Vancouver 5th rounder should be enticing in this draft for salary retention.

Meier is a little more interesting to me. Saw a report that the ask is a 1st rounder plus either an NHL ready player and B level prospect, or multiple prospects. I threw in the 2nd rounder for a bidding war type thought pattern. Plus a B level prospect in Suzuki, and upcoming prospect Jackson Blake. Thought pattern is Meier could be an off season deal for most teams, no rush to move him. Could be a Draft Day trade or just prior like Debrincat. Bokk is having a good year in the DEL, late bloomer if he came back with new found confidence?

Tried to be fair, but bring on the comments! Not like any of this will happen for Carolina anyways as itll be some center with term left. Good old ACGM

I'd be very hesitant moving Blake right now, but I don't think any of this is unfair. If Blake was someone like Gunler instead, I'd like it a lot more
