well i'm playing with what I see and try to build from that. Trouba buy out would defenitly have many team calling for him and Habs should defenitly be part of that.

Best case scenario would be a Savard for Trouba but I don't think Trouba waves for MTL unfortunately. But what is life if we can't dream...

Why would NYR buy out Trouba?

If he’s playing bad, do we really want to make a buyout our #1 RD?

If it’s a money thing and he’s playing well, a #1 RD at 8M$/yr will find a taker. NYR won’t have a problem moving that contact.

Either, I struggle to see how he could end up in MTL.
