Sharks are not retaining that much of EK65's salary. That trade would be on the low end just for Karlsson.

Sharks aren’t retaining that much on Karlsson to just tAke back trouba. This trade has San Jose retaining $4 mil in labanc and $28.75 mil in Karlsson and taking on $32 mil in trouba. That’s $65 million dollars. Come on now

I wouldn't want Kratzov for a 1-for-1 swap with Labanc alone. The dude has 0 value. Trouba has negative value.

Sharks cap hit goes UP 2.25 mil after this. The two Firsts are the only thing that have value and they'll be in the 20-32 range. And you think that's equal value to the best offesive d-man in the league on pace for 110 points with only a 5.75 cap hit? That would be the best value contract in the league.

Just awful.

1st or no Gavrikov. No "these guys combined add up to" equivalents or substitutes permitted, because the Jackets have too many bodies as is and so are after quality.
