They aren’t trading any big name prospects for Kane. Word on the street is he’s also injured

Who's injured? Kaner??? He took 3 maintenance games a month ago and that was the first time since February 24th 2015 that he missed a game. That's roughly EIGHT seasons without a game missed. COVID I think had an exception...I think, but again not due to injury. He's dependable/durable.

Some are speculating that he needs hip surgery. Idk. Believe me I want Kane more than anyone, or any fan lol. But there is no way in hell they’re trading one of the prized guys for him, Othamnn maybe. Certainly not any of the kids currently on the roster

Well that certainly is interesting about hip surgery. I haven't heard that. He sustained some knee-to-knee contact from Evgeny Svechnikov which is why he took those 3 maintenance days. He probably would have fought through it too if the team was any good. My guess is the front office suggested he take the maintenance days. Understood though that your point is Laf. I agree with that point as well. I think the price should be the (2) 1sts in 2023. Other things to make the deal sutable...picks/prospects going either way, but that's the foundation for a trade.

I really really want Kane. A healthy one tho. I’d trade the two firsts and a not so crazy player/prospect, depending on who for Kane. I think the rangers would too
