Hawks pass, not interested in Abramov. Domi costs a 2nd, maybe a little more

I fail.to see the logic in movi g Kerfoot when if the Ducks are retaining on Henrique, he fits under the cap. (Been there on another ACGM).

Further, Voit, Kerfoot and a 1st seems steep even if you are getting a 3rd back. I will stick to my guns suggesting a higher end prospect and a 2nd gets it done (given Voit's size we can debate how that translates behind junior)....

I once suggested Robertson and a 2024 2nd, which seemed to be acceptable, but with yet another injury, that must be rethought. Maybe it's Hrovonen with a 2024 2nd and another pick. Maybe it's Neimela and a 2024 2nd.

I just wouldn't be moving a 1st.

We wouldn't do it for less than the 1st unless the prospect with the 2nd is Knies, and I'm aware Toronto won't do that.

You are correct in that assumption.

IF the Leafs were to move a 1st, I would be one to entertain 2024, but 2023, like for most teams, is pretty off limits. Given the depth of this draft, a 2023 1st carries a premium, one that 1½ years of Henrique doesn't match. Really, not many on the trade block would so don't take offense. To move that pick would be looking for 3 years of term for it to make long term sense - and how many players with that kind of term are available? Lol
