Tampa could possibly be interested in that trade as long as they moved Names as well, either in this trade or another. The only other issue that may cause Tampa to hold.is that they may look more for an RD instead.

As a Caps fan, I would accept that for Vlad, but I assume he will get more (especially based of of the name brand - just like teams will overpay for Kane). It looks like Caps won't need retention (with Carlson out until playoffs most likely) so that would lessen the value here a touch. But still, Caps would probably need to add as this offer would probably get beat out.

In terms of Wilson: If Wilson was traded (which he won't be), but if he was, the Blues would need to add in a trade of WIlson and Vlad. That being said - Wilson won't be traded
