I dont like JVR trade. Sabres shouldn't pay to get him, they are doing favour for Flyers, who can use cap space for it own gains at tdl. Asplund need fresh start elsewhere.
I like Ghotisbehere rental - Sabres pay close to nothing there.

BUF could probably get a little more for Kane retention. Probably a 3rd tops when you consider the dollar amount they would actually be retaining.
