Not that I'm aware of. I think it's just a player that a lot of teams would like to add at the TDL due to his versatility and manageable contract. If Panthers continue to fall, they could end up moving him

some stories about them looking at FLA because they need to make a move with Duclair coming back. Also its a backup plan for Timo

Hornqvist is on ltir and not coming back so no need to clear anyone but if they do trade bennet it will be for a top 4 lhd

I think him being a ufa lowers his value for us. But it could be a start. Or we just wait for free agency cause we’re gonna sign someone then

Yeah that makes sense though I do think there is a chance the devils resign him, however if not I think he’s a actually a great fit for Florida

I agree. If we trade bennet I’d like it to be for girard honestly.
