Dumba's a 6 mil aav defenseman. You aren't going to be able to move that in season without a healthy amount of retention. The only guys who would be able to do it without retention are ones who wouldn't be looking to buy him. You are trying to be both a buyer and a seller but something is going to have to give on either one end or the other to make it work.
