Marginally better this year (look at what is traded away and what is returned) and trading away so many futures. Three firsts, Sandin, Niemela, Minten and more. Absolutely crazy from the Leafs view.

With that kinda cap situation the Devils aren't gonna do you a solid and take Engvall. He has value, but your cap problems negate that.

Garland is another small forward, leafs have to many of these style players already. Leafs need a corner and go to the net guy on the 2nd line with JT and Willie.
