Hathaway is one of the best 4th liners in the league, can’t see a 4th and 5th being enough for the downgrade

Bunch of meh (most rental) coming to BOS to be either bottom-6 or popcorn press-box.
All the while the ^ draft board ^ is now Swiss-certified (swiss cheese w/ holes that is)...

No reason for Washington to downgrade a large amount and break up the Dowd-Hathaway connection for such a meager return.
