Wilson would be insane. But Toronto needs a LW and besides his rare skillset he is not a good fit with the Leafs IMO. Also he is going to retire in Washington.

Nope, Washington is not trading Wilson.

Also, you could likely get Samsonov for more than 2 years if you're going to pay him 4 mil.
