No incentive for San Jose to do this. Retain all that money and take on a ton of cap back for a waiver caliber player and a late 1st? Needs to be 2-3 good pieces added

I am not all the sure EK can play a whole 82 games let alone 60, a d not sure he can keep this pace up, but this post is making San Jose eat alot of EK cap a d then on even more cap. Not good for San Jose and they easily decline

Oilers dont have any prospects worth a 1st in a trade

Add 2 1sts to this and SJ should still say no

Not for that offer he won't be, Sharks aren't eating $3,500,000 plus taking back several cap dumps. And Campbell isn't waiving for San Jose either.

There continues to be smoke around Karlsson, I just don't see any realistic way to make it happen. This isn't going to fly with San Jose.
