Dubas and Keefe (and Shanahan) can not stand pat....they've ridden this regular season powerhouse bus too many times, and I think they have to make some moves.

Maybe, but thats a pretty good offer, TOR's 3rd best prospect, a 1st, a 3rd and a pretty good young NHLer, (who might/might not be a top 4 guy)

I'm curious as to what you mean here, with the "Ridden the regular season powerhouse bus too many times"? Over the past number of years, they've made a number of moves at each deadline, which (unfortunately for Leafs fans) haven't necessarily panned out.
