HARD pass. Dude, there's like 10 teams after him, and nine of them have better stuff to offer than Tampa.

It's just a mock from the Athletic (https://theathletic.com/4205577/2023/02/16/nhl-trade-deadline-meier-chychrun-fits/) but agree they should be able to get more. Just not getting my hopes up

Would be nice to get Holtz and a 2nd from NJ or Pickering and a pick from PIT

The Athletic writers don't watch the Blues play, they just look at analytics. Other than JR, they don't know crap. This offer they propose was out of the running weeks ago. It has been lapped already.

But you can forget those two packages, NJ and PITT aren't doing that. Find the middle ground, man. Somewhere between standard Blues fan gloominess and pie in the sky.

I think whoever gets Barbi is going to slightly overpay.

Everything I'm seeing is a 1st (maybe C/D tier prospect) OR 2nd plus B-tier prospect. Would love to hear the talks Army is having though with these teams. Really hoping we get more than expected, especially after the Vladi trade (was fine for what it was, wish it was a little more though, but can't complain due to the situation)
