Description

Horvat has already signed long term so the isles have solved the linemate for Barzal longterm. Being that there are currently six teams fighting for two wild card spots and the Isles have the second to worse point percentage. It would be advisable for them to bottom out sell there there Pending UFAs and probably sell there second lone center Nelson for picks and prospects. They can do a quick retool over the summer. If the 2023 first round pick is in the top 12 which right now they are you take that pick and roll the dice to see if you can fall down the draft lottery. The isles try what means that are availble next year to not fall in the Top 5 draft lottery.

Parise isn't worth that, COL isn't moving Girard for an older player and a right shot D they don't need, and I don't think Buffalo wants to spend picks on a rental this season.
