Bertuzzi will cost too much so it's probably not worth it. They might just stand pat on the forward front. If they can add Knies later, maybe he can be used on the 3rd line or even on the 2nd line. Kerfoot can definitely still contribute to the trade or maybe be exchanged for someone else.

I think they could trade him still but it will have to be for a larger ask, I think they would then be in on Meier.

Well Friedman has been predicting Bertuzzi to Toronto since Bertuzzi's first 20g season in 2018-19. Now Friedman is one of the most respected sources for trade rumors but he's still about as accurate as flipping a coin.

Bertuzzi has 6 points in the 6 games since his return. If he keeps playing like this it's obviously going to increase his value but who knows if that is going to happen. I think we will have to wait a week or so to get an accurate value for Bertuzzi.
