I'd list that at like a 1% chance of happening

Idk, that seems low to me.
This is a very similar situation to Reinhart in Buffalo and Debrincat in Chicago.

Nashville declines easily. They’ll want to remove salary and gain assets.

I think even an unhappy Terry probably costs more. Remembering that he's RFA so the Ducks have some control. That's just if we're taking the hypothetical and running with it.

I don’t think so. Direct comps Fiala, Reinhart and Buchnevich have been traded for this price (1st, B+ prospect)

Not even close to making Verbeek want to trade one of our more ‘untouchable’ players

Again, what if he doesn’t want to re-sign? I feel like that’s well within the realm.

I haven’t seen any reporting that contract talks with Terry have started and are going well

But have you seen any to indicate he wants out either?

There's no evidence he wants out, and the reason there's no reporting about contract talks with Terry is the same as why there's no contract talks with Zegras, because they are waiting for the off-season to do that.

As for comparables, think more Debrincat than Fiala.

So by that reasoning Zegras, Drysdale and Dostal are up for grabs, too?

There's no reason for Pat Verbeek to tell you or us Anaheim fans how contract negotiations are going.

And referring to Brock Faber as a B prospect proves -- not suggests, proves -- just how far off base you are.

I mean if he does genuinely want out then I hope the Avs would at least enquire (Colorado boy so he might give us a hometown discount lol), but I think if we're taking it just as a hypothetical premise then as Giggy says it's more Cat you need to be thinking value-wise.

Verbeek has said he has talked to the RFA’s and everyone is good waiting until the off-season to talk money

Faber is a B prospect. I define B as a guy who projects as a middle 6 forward or a 4th-5th dman. Faber isn’t gonna be a top pairing guy, likely.

Zegras and Drysdale are different bc they are 5 years younger and not 1yr away from UFA lmfao. Clown statement
