That's an A prospect and a top 10 pick.

I'd imagine if the Blues can find a deal with the Sharks it'll be either around the Tor 1st + NYR/DAL 1st or one of them and Bolduc with possibly a roster piece added (although we dont have many of those anymore) or a lesser prospect.

Too small lol you won’t be getting that deal from anyone else. The pick will be top 10 and Jimmy S is a future first liner. If you somehow think Middle Six scoring winger Holtz, pick 28 and an undersized 4/5 puck moving Casey is better than you don’t know puck

Lets pretend that's enough, there is no way in hell the blues can fit meier cap wise even if he takes a huge discount

I mean it would prolly turn out to be one of Benson, Smith, Dvorsky, ASP, Yeager, Sale, Leonard - all of which would be best or second best prospect in our pool + snug who would also fall into that category, Even a small chance we get mitchkov if he falls

Guys delusional. This is the best value the sharks can possibly get

The Blues haven't had a top 10 pick since Pietrangelo. I don't see them trading their own pick this year.

Think he's seen only 2 pieces and decided not enough. I think meier does a lot for the blues and a pick from 10-15 (where this draft starts to regress to other drafts in terms of skill level) is more valuable than almost any combination of two late firsts I think. I

I jut can't conceivably see them putting either of those two pieces on the table and then extending Meier to what he's probably going to cost especially given our need to fix our defense.

However, I think 2 of Bolduc, NYR/DAL, TOR 1st would probably be on the table with an add being tossed on, not sure what that add would be.

Seravelli trying to come up with something wild now that he's been brought down a peg.

I think it would be total chaos for STL to do this. I personally don't see it happening, but it's not impossible.

It's just fun watching media trying to stay relevant. Bonus points when TOR management shows them up.

At least the reports have said Grier is willing to play it slow up till TDL. Which works. If he’s gotten his best offer then fits his criteria (top prospect, 1st, another 1st equivalent as a base) I’ll hoping for more but just hoping for what’s fair (which isn’t a B prospect, 1st, cap dump, 2nd).

Ok so two thoughts on STL….1) Snug and a package of 1sts would be a fantastic offer for SJ if STL would actually part with Snug 2) problem arises where STL has a tad under 13 million in cap space to get Meier signed long term with only six forwards under contract for next season.

I don’t think this can be seen as a serious destination. Sounds like smoke and mirrors.

He's just repeating what Jeremy Rutherford reported yesterday.
