I will say this as often as I have to until the trade happens--I strongly believe that if Holtz is included, there will not be another premium asset in the trade. If I am wrong, it will mean that the Devils' development staff no longer views Holtz as having significant upside.

Muhk is probably worth a mid second as a prospect right now.

Hes been ok, but was a major reach when he was drafted already.

He would have to sign team-friendly extension to justify this type of return. But that is certainly possible.

Broke record as 18-yo and 19-yo dman in KHL. The pick was early but has since been more than justified. Just recently he was #68 on Pronman list of u23 players

66. Brandt Clarke
67. Matt Coronato
68. Shakir Mukhamadullin
69. Carter Mazur
70. Brock Faber
71. Ivan Miroshnichenko
72. Alexander Holtz

In your opinion but your opinion is **** so you can keep it for yourselft
In your opinion Meier is worth more than McDavid, so again, your opinion is wrong and not welcomed

You are the one who said the value of 3 1st round pick DOESN'T move the NEEDLE for Meier
You are homer and it's fine, every teams have one or two big homer
Just don't comment on my post, because we will always disagree

Sharks want quality over quantity. If you don't want anyone disagreeing with you opinion, why bother posting on a discussion forum?

I dont like Pronman much, including having Holtz worse than him

I dont think either of us trust that.

I add the delusionnal one in the ignore list, so I don't see the dumb comments

Now for Meier, I understand they want a Blue chip prospect, I don't see NJ giving up Nemec
Hotlz Mukhamadullin and a 2023 1st are quality pieces
Not blue chip prospect tho I agree
I do think it's possible, that's why I created this OP asking for thoughts (if it was enough for SJ)

Save yourself the aggravation, SJbackseatGm legitimately posted a 1st/Perfetti/McGroarty yesterday. He’s just out of his mind.

I lke Muk, and agree he should be ranked higher vs. Holtz. I proposed a Mercer/Muk package weeks ago. NJD doesn't want to give up Mercer (which I get). I'd prefer Nemec straight up vs. these Holtz centered packages. Sharks should just resign Timo if they don't receive a package that actually moves the needle.

Yeah I did a back and forth with him a few weeks ago, he’s completely incapable of seeing what fair market value is. Hence why I posted a meme of Gru saying “we’re going to steal the moon” at one of his posts. Haven’t heard any of his dumb comments on my posts since.

Anderson got 5.5M
Crouse got 4.3m

So power forwards gets overpaid in the NHL and I gave a contract fitting what GMs does
So it's realistic
Since when UFAs are getting contract that they deserves ?

Devils shouldn't and I believe they won't bring back wood. Much rather they pay tatar and/or graves

He’s been excellent and has proven people wrong time after time. Top 4 potential, big, physical, very good skater. People hate on him because he was a reach at the time, but he’s 21 logging top pair minutes in the KHL. More than a “mid second round value” IMO

I dont see anyone trading a 2023 first for him sorry. I wouldnt do it, and I doubt you would either

That’s a good point. So let me ask you this- because he doesn’t have 2023 first round value, does that mean he doesn’t have first round value at all? Because next year it could be a weak draft and someone offers a first. You’re changing the value of an asset (Muk) based off of something that varies (draft class quality)
