Jets are rumored to be in on both Schmaltz and Chychrun (and JVR) so let's have some fun.

Miraculously I think this team is cap compliant if JVR is double retained by another team.

I don't think the Jets would want to do that for Chychrun -- that'd leave us with only DeMelo as a right handed dman.

I think it's either Schmidt or Dillon that'd get moved, with Schmidt being who the Jets would like to move (he gets 3rd pairing ice time), but given his salary, term and partial NTC, Dillon is a much easier candidate to include in a trade.

As much as Jets fans want to move Pionk, he gets treated as thr Jets #2 dman still and as such I can't see him getting moved now, especially for another left-handed dman.
