Schenn returns the 2nd by himself so add a 1st as well if Van is retaining on Boeser and taking back greenway

You actually think Boeser is worth a 1st, a player, and a prospect?

It would be at least a 2nd for salary retained on Boeser that would be 3 million over 3 yrs. and what about taking on Greenway's contract it is worth at minimum a 3rd for taking on that contract. Spacek is a 5th round with trade no value. Add Caden Bankier might help with the trade.

Spacek was a 5th round pick, but by all accounts has taken some big steps forward this season and had an amazing performance at the WJC this winter. He'd definitely have value in a trade.

By himself no but in this case yes, it costs more for Vancouver to retain on him for multiple years and greenway is a cap dump so Minnesota has to pay Van to take him. Boeser with retention gets the 1st and the prospect is given for Van to take greenway
