I think you can remove one of the 2nd's and make the remaining one conditional based on GP where it upgrades to a 1st if Monahan plays at least 50% of the Oiler's playoff games

Interesting offer for Schenn, but a little too on sided for the Oilers. Maybe if you removed the 3rd rounder next year.
