Trade Machine now has double-retained three-way trades!

Step 1: Choose three teams to trade with
Step 2: Select a player to trade from any of the teams
Step 3: The team receiving the player will have a drop down in the "Traded To" column, select the third team and add a value to the "Retained Salary" input
