With Petterson he covers whats left of the difference in cap between Durzi/Matheson for 2 years.
After that Durzi would be on his 1st or 2nd deal, Depending on which he'll be making anywhere from 2.5m to 6m+ depending on the term and team
Cap wise everything should balance out over the 4 year term of Mathesons

Now from here who gets what?
I know MTL would be interested in Laffarriere , Spence,Grans or Turcotte stil and any picks.
But what is LAK looking at in terms of exchange? We talking Picks , Prospects or cheap NHL ready players?
I'd figure given your LD depth that if we signed Struble he'd be a piece that would fit in a Draft Day Deal.
We got Beck , Farrel , Roy , Kidney , Kappanen , Beaudin , Trudeau , Kovacevic , and a few others .
I mean Farrel and Roy we kinda need and would be a hard sell but after that we're open if the value is there.

I'll take inventory of the responses and try finding a balance.
