Talbot isnt an upgrade over Blackwood (as bad as he has been) both have injury concerns, we can do better elsewhere

I agree there is definitely better options elsewhere but the price would be too high in my opinion. Talbot has been better than Blackwood the last 3 years being above .910SV% every year except this one where he is .905 and below 3GAA whereas Blackwood has been above 3GAA the last 3 years and only been above .902 in one of those years. A change of scenery is more than due for Blackwood and now considering he's on the IR, Talbot offers a cheap and reliable solution.

I agree with you that Blackwood needs a change of scenery. I dont really care about all that who has been better in the past stuff. Blackwood being younger and a lower cap hit could help us recoup some draft capital after the Meier trade. Sorry but Talbots gonna have to go somewhere else
