Like the Arizona trade. Penguins decline chicago trade and I would bet Toronto would decline Heinen deal.

Leafs currently have a logjam on D, I don't think they would make a move considering all major defensemen are signed through next year.

100% they would. Dumo is still a team favourite, he is not a cap dump. Raddysh is not worth that at all either. Pens decline and block your number.
