yeaa, it's pretty hard to figure out a deal, stumped here.. maybe remove zucker . myers at 3mil retained and yotes retain 1.5mil? that way pens are shed 1.25, boeser goings to arizona...
pens - myers at 1.5 + nick bjustad + 5th (A)
Van - rutta + nylander + raty + 3rd (NJ)
Yotes - boeser + Dries + 6th (V) ???

Nah…the pens could just use all those assets in a deal for Chychrun and Bjugstad. And the yotes make out cause they don’t have to use a retention spot for the length of Myers contract nor are they giving up assets for Boeser who really doesn’t do them much since they aren’t even close to competing.

thanks for your input, do you have any suggestions on trying to move myers or garland or boeser, even tho i would like to keep boeser but i think its time for a frsh start for him.. atm i dont think they can be moved until draft day

Myers would probably get the most value at next years trade deadline. Him retained and a 3rd team retaining could probably net a solid return. Boeser and Garland I think Vancouver is just gonna have to take the L on them (especially Boeser). The cap space should be the important thing anyway. The pens had to do the same for Kapanen and McGinn. If I was Vancouvers GM, I’d probably keep Garland, put Boeser on waivers and see if anyone bites (doubt they will). If he makes it through possibly trade him with 1-2 million retained for a mid to late pick. I know Canucks fans won’t like that cause everybody on here believes their players will get a kings ransom, but it’s been reported that they’ve been trying to trade Boeser, even with retention for the last like 2 years to no avail.
