Sheary and Bjugstad are the only options I really like and would want the Devils to consider trading for.
The rest I wouldn't want the Devils to have anything to do with.

Also, Eller is going to Colorado apparently (phew!).

Berty is on the market and Red Wings could retain on Vrana. It'd be pricey, though, since theres 2 yrs.

I thought I saw somewhere that they would only move Bertuzzi for big return, otherwise trying to extend him. That still the case?

I mean I think most people who follow his game (GM's included) expect a good return. I personally would love to see a top winger prospect + a 4th or something for Bertuzzi (resigned) + a 2nd.
But following the events of the past two days, Red Wings are going to be selling.

Bortuzzo isn't a big name but I could see him drawing some interest - 950k AAV for a 2-yr rental. The Blues want to give Tyler Tucker an extended look and even if Krug is out long-term they have some other d-men that can fill minutes in this throwaway portion of the season.

If the cost is three 1sts…and 2023 and 2024 are going to San Jose…that means 2025-27 1sts go to Montreal.
