Neither team considers this. For fantasy sake it’s fun to think about but in reality, it never happens.

He's not the most complete center but Stutzle is a 21 year old dynamic already well over a point per game player signed for 8 years at a crazy good cap number. You don't move that for a 32 year old defenseman you'd have to pay more. The karlsson resurgence is great story but no one is giving you a boat load for him.

Terrible Center? And good winger? Have you even watched a sens game the last 2 years? Stutzle is much better at C, just needs to work in the face off dot, which will come as he ages and gets stronger (and with Giroux to help). Must be a habs fan with the “diver” bs.

He is a Diver and its not just us saying it , its why it caught on.
Same thing happened to Subban with BOS fans being the first to call him on it, they certainly were not the last.

Fans dont hate Stutzle they just like to talk smack and he gave a reason.
If it wasnt about his Diving it woulda been about Turnovers or not hitting enough or never blocking shots or so on and so on.
Letting a few fools bias you against a group is why racism and prejudice can survive and thrive today as we're preconditioning ourself for it.
We're a bigger fanbase we just happen to have a louder and slightly big section of people who talk like fools that dont speak for the 90% of the rest.
