Sabres would not be interested in trading him because they are in a wild card playoff spot. Anderson is on fire and the Leafs need goaltending for the playoffs. A risk worth taking

I mean even if he is currently the best goaltender if we have it’s hard to say no to a first round pick this year. It also brings an end to this three goalie carousel the Sabres are playing with. That is unless they sign Devin Levi and throw him some games before the end of the year.
