This is the rumor. Would Stevie Y flip Galchenyuk for a defenseman? Somehow land a top 4 d and a 1st rounder? Or are we seeing the makings of losing Johnson and Drouin?

Where did this rumour come from? If TBL cant afford to pay Drouin, how will Galchenyuk be any different?

I don't think it's the price that's the sore point with Drouin. I think they don't want him around the team.

Bob McKenzie, Andrew Berkshire and Conor McKenna to name a few.

TBL needs a defenseman. Drouin is not going anywhere. Palat is the one who gets traded.

For Sergachev, so I least I was kind of right.

Lol even before you corrected it post-trade, Palat was far and away the least likely of the 3 to be traded. He's by far the best LW in the organisation. The only other natural LW in the lineup last year being Adam Erne, the rest were all centres who were slotted into the LW spot. He's arguably the best defensive forward on the team. Amazing 2-way play. He's not a big scorer, but he was also the most consistent between him, Johnson, and Drouin. What you see is what you get with him. Never goes on a huge hot streak, but never a drought either.
