What would you assume it would cost for Hanifin and/or Zadorov from CBJ's side? We are looking for a short term LHD for 2-3 years and Gudbranson actually played decent with Zadorov so what assets/picks would you take to get either/or off your books? And no we are not going to trade a Kent Johnson or something for them :P

Thanks I figured that hanifin would cost us the King's first but just curious about Zadorov more so. I know he's not the best out there but he's further grit to help defend our young team and also to see if that helps take some of the bite out of Gudbranson being Gudbrason for a few years.

Nylander is not going to fix this teams offense .just like Huberdeau, Sutter's system is going to completely snuff it out

Do you think sutter needs to be fired? I think we see how things go next season and at the 1/4 mark they decide if they keep or fire the guy.

I think Sutter is a good coach. I do not think he works with the current team though. The team made franchise altering changes in the offseason and lost almost all forms of chemistry. Sutter is a very demanding coach and when the team isn't functioning as a perfect unit it can be very strenuous. I think it was good to have him for this season to teach a defensively sound playstyle to the team but they need a more relaxed atmosphere that encourages more offense
