I don't think that if this is the team at the time of Mathews resigning that he would resign. If they dont resign Bunting and make the D better then he wont resign.

Matthews isn't taking anything less than $14,000,000 per and Nylander probably gets closer to $10,000,000 per.

Safe to assume that Matthews will want 13+ especially on an 8 year deal. Like others have said, Nylander probably signs for 10 or so. That being said, I won't be surprised if it's 11mx8 that he asks for.

U offer him that and Matthews is gone. I know hes not having his best season but injuries can do that to a guy. Watch him score 60 next year.

Think more like 15 for matthews. He didn’t go five years after his elc just to take less than he wanted on an eight year deal back then

I think you may be over estimating on almost all of the prospects by that point too. Unfortunate to say but amirov might never make the NHL now. No way that niemela or minten get that high in the lineup. I'll be surprised if either of them are evening cracking the lineup in two years
