$15 ? $16? , do you guys not know the single player cap hit percentage.

Also try using the tax calculator, Vegas is in the Top 5 cities for best rates.

The single player max cap hit percentage is 20% of the salary cap, so if the cap is $85mil like you suggested then $17m per season is what Matthews could demand. $15m or $16m would be less than max. No way Matthews signs for $13.4m/season even if Vegas gives him a huge tax break.
