Easy "no" from Winnipeg and Arizona.. IMO Flames should do the trade just to get from under Huberdeau's contract.

Montreal is trying to get younger, sell off pieces for pick/prospects, and get rid of bad contracts, why would we ever pay to pick up Huberdeau, let alone start that conversation with one of our few young RD's

Sabres don't want Dvorak. He adds nothing to this team except excessive, unwanted $11.4m worth of salary over two years for a third-line center. Plz stop.

Odda pf Huberdeau bouncing back to form are extremely high. Flames should not do that

Odds are huberdeau bounces back, especially if his line mates change. Even then, there are roster limits to consider. This just creates 4 other player who need to be moved.

It’s fine you don’t want Dvorak but this trade is for next season. My math is $4.45 x 2 is $8.9. How did you arrive at $11.4 ?

Actual salary for him over the next two seasons is $5.725M and $5.75M respectively.

Dvorak would be a nice depth forward.
His production is not commensurate with his salary.
$11,475,000 is very rich for a player who would be either a 3rd or 4th line center on the Sabres.
Hughes may find a team to offer up assets for him, it just would not be Buffalo.

My question was not about where he would play nor what Montreal would get in return. My question was how did $11.4 million get calculated? Because I’m at $8.9. It’s not a big deal, I was just curious

Okay, now I understand how you arrived at that number. Thank you
