This is an underwhelming offer for sure, but Armia with the retention isn't a dump (health dependent).
Dvorak isn't a dump unless we need the money. He's a tradeable asset at 50% in his final year as a rental. No need to move him before then.
That said, doubt Winnipeg is interested in any of these pieces, and the only way they'd agree to a 2025 1st is if we offered a 2024 1st with protection so it ended up rolling over.
