If you want Roy, either Power or Dahlin are coming to LA. You can add to the trade but that would be non-negotiable otherwise. Roy is a legit first pair RD.

Looking at the lineup, the Jets may prefer to get a right shot, but Olafsson is a three time 20 goal scorer, so that may be a yes.

If you’re going for an upgrade and throwing in Johnson spend the 2024 first with him and go for Mario Ferraro then get Gudas or Mayfield or better yet both
Instead of Foligno get Acciari or Kampf

Funny as it may be, this Roy valuation is the real joke. If you had him, Buffalo wouldn’t have yielded 10 goals to Dallas. Roy has been awesome since being paired with Gavrikov and away from Durzi.

You are right. We should trade our Norris caliber defensemen for Matt Roy because of one game

First of all, the Norris values offense primarily over defense. Notwithstanding, I wouldn’t expect Buffalo to trade 1:1. My point was that those two are the only players LA would have any interest in from Buffalo if they want Roy. Playoff teams don’t sell these kinds of players for prospects and draft picks. They consolidate for better players. I meant to complement Power and Dahlin.
